This review is for the VonShef Two Tone Picnic Basket for Two Persons. This is the one we use at the moment as Emily likes taking her own little basket out and about. This Two Person VonShef Picnic Basket is great for the adults – or on those occasions where we escape outdoors just the two of us, usually when Grandma is visiting!

Our basket came with:
- Cotton napkins x2
- Stainless steel cutlery sets (forks, knives and spoons) x2
- Ceramic dinner plates x2
- Plastic wine glasses x2
- Salt and pepper shaker set
- One bottle opener
- A matching picnic blanket with waterproof backing picnic blanket
The basket has a stylish herringbone fabric interior and a contrast tan faux-leather trim. There are straps and pockets for securing the contents, and plenty of room inside for those bits and pieces you want to add – the basket measures (approx) L39 X W27 X H18cm.
The blanket is in a beige herringbone fabric with a black waterproof living (PEVA) – it’s quite small at 135 by 115 cm so I’d advise to bring a supplementary picnic blanket if you’re going out as a family!
Customer service from VonShef is (in my experience) great. The first basket we ordered was damaged in transit, and they replaced it quickly and with no quibbling!
The basket is good quality, and we’ve had it for coming up to two years with regular summer use, and had no problems at all. My only criticism would be that the wine glasses supplied are a little flimsy and easily scratched, but this is a minor complaint!
The ceramic plates are good-quality, as is the cutlery with smooth edges and crafted in strong stainless steel.
